To Register for Create A Package or Drop-in select the register button for the class you would like to purchase then in the pop-up window chose the Drop-in Tab (located to the right) this will display the available dates - then you can select the date(s) you would like to purchase.

IMPORTANT MEMBERSHIP REQUIREMENT INFORMATION
All skaters are considered members of the Sioux Falls Figure Skating Club, which requires a SFFSC Membership. Your membership must be current before we are able to welcome your skater onto the ice. If you do not have the required current membership you will receive an email from our membership manager with instructions on how to purchase or renew your membership.
Guest Skaters: A Guest Skater Day Pass is required for any skater with a current USFS, ISI, or LTS USA membership with their Home Club who is visiting our rink as a guest for a limited time. Must reside outside the Sioux Falls metro area (must be 50 miles or more from Sioux Falls). Valid for one day only - a pass is required for each day of programming that you participate in. Skating on SFFSC ice on a regular basis requires a SFFSC annual membership. Proof of required memberships must be provided at the time of registration - prior to taking the ice. If you are purchasing more than one day or program, you may want to consider a Summer or Secondary Membership. Click here to purchase a Guest Skater Day Pass.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
SFFSC has the right to cancel any session, class, or event that does not reach the required skater minimums prior to the registration deadline. All deadlines are set a minimum of seven days prior to the day of the event. Any invoice created to enroll a skater in a program past the deadline to register will be subject to a $5 invoice fee. Should any session be canceled, you will be notified via email and refunded. Registration & Processing Fees are non-refundable. Sioux Falls Figure Skating Club releases responsibility and liability of all participants at the conclusion of each event as specified in the event schedule.
CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
Class offerings may change with each session, please see the registration for current class offerings.
Elements: This class is designed for skaters looking to work on their different Jumps, Spins, and skating elements in a group setting. Skaters will be grouped according to Free Skate/Freestyle level and will work with coaches on the elements and skills in each level in preparation for testing and competitions.
Spins Specialty Lesson: This is a 15-minute specialty lesson with Coach Olivia McDowell on spins. This ice time takes place during the 15 minutes between the LTS and Advanced classes. Skaters must be registered for Freestyle Ice and/or an advanced class on Mondays in order to participate.
Ice Dance Class: This class will be led by Coach Sarah Hanson as she teaches skaters the basics of ice dance. Skaters in this class will learn the basic skating elements of ice dance as well as different pattern dances. Skaters will also be educated on the levels and testing of the Free Dance discipline. Whether you are curious, looking for another class option, or interested in testing through the ice dance levels, this class is for you!
Power: This is a 15-minute class designed specifically to focus on the power, speed, and endurance of each athlete. This is a fast-paced class that will also include some muscle/strength training.
Power Edges & Turns: This is a 30-minute class designed specifically to strengthen skating specific skating skills. During this class, students will learn beneficial warmup exercises and techniques to better their edge control and quality. Coaches will also be leading exercises to help increase endurance and power.
On-ice Jumps & Moves: For all levels of skaters working on skating skills, Moves in the Field patterns and jumps! This is a new hybrid class that will expose athletes to additional instruction on jumps as well as moves in the field and skating skills, utilizing two coaches. Skaters in this class will be grouped according to ability. Each group will spend 15 minutes per week working on skating skills and MIF patterns and the other 15 minutes working on jumps!
Yoga Class: These classes are designed specifically to help athletes' muscles recover from a long day of practice and continue to hone skills specifically beneficial for figure skaters. Classes are 45 minutes.
Off-ice Jumps & Drills: This class is done on dry land, and through the use of the off-ice harness and other drills, skaters will work with coaches on jumping strength, technique, and position.
Axels Class: This class is specifically for skaters working on obtaining their Axel jump. The curriculum starts with off-ice preparation that solidifies skaters jumping technique and understanding of the mechanics of the Axel jump. Skaters who are new to their axel or who are working on axel consistency should enroll in this class.
Jumps & Spins: This class is designed for skaters looking to work on their Jumps and Spins in a group setting. Time will be split between working on jumps and spins. Low Jumps & Spin skaters will be working on single jumps. Intermediate Jumps & Spins skaters will have almost all their single jumps and is working on Lutz and Axel jumps. High Jumps & Spins skaters will have a consistent Axel and is working on double jumps.
On-ice Moves in the Field & Gliding Maneuvers: For all levels of skaters working on skating skills, Moves in the Field patterns and various gliding maneuvers! This is a new hybrid class that will expose athletes to additional instruction on spirals, hydroplanes, spread eagles, as well as moves in the field and skating skills. Skaters in this class will be grouped according to ability.
