Fundraiser and Volunteer Fee Deposits are tracked and payment is processed electronically through an Invoice in your SFFSC account. This gives you the ability to view your balance and see your credits applied throughout the year. In your account, you will find an invoice that contains both the Fundraiser and Volunteer Fee Deposit. This invoice is dated 6/1/25 and will stay in pending status and not be processed until this date. This invoice will only process for the full amount if the requirement is not met; and will only process partial amounts if you have earned a portion of that requirement.

*Members will be allowed to pay for any shortages until May 6,2025. Fundraising invoices will be due and processed on June 1, 2025 for the full amount if no requirements are met or for the remaining balance if there are any partial balances remaining*.
