2024-25 MEMBERSHIP REQUIREMENTS
In order to participate in any SFFSC sponsored activity during the 2024-25 season ALL skaters must have a current SFFSC membership before being able to skate on any SFFSC ice.
Note: If you are not sure which membership your skater needs, please reach out to your private lesson coach or email members@sffsc.com.
SFFSC Learn to Skate Members are members who are learning the basics of skating and developing skating skills and techniques.
These skaters attend one or two days of classes and may sign up for group numbers in the Winter Wonder Show and Annual Spring Show.

2024-25 SFFSC Home Club Membership (Additional Home Club Member) = $55
SFFSC Home Club members are dedicated skaters and members of the club who devote ample time to their training and development by utilizing group programming/classes, freestyle ice, and private lessons. These skaters are not only dedicated to their own training and growth but also dedicate hours for volunteering and fundraising to support the growth of the club overall.
All Home Club members are eligible to travel and represent the SFFSC at competitions, testing, and other events.

SFFSC Aspire members are skaters who are on the bridge between Learn to Skate and Home Club commitment. These skaters train two to four days a week, participate in shows and events, and are eligible to compete in competitions hosted by the SFFSC. These members start their journey with SFFSC and begin to dedicate additional time to volunteering and fundraising to support the growth of the club overall.

Secondary Club members are skaters that identify another club as their primary club and will be skating USFS or ISI with SFFSC.

- Volunteer: 5 Hours and/or Fundraising: $75
- Buyout: $75

This membership is for skaters that are registered for college classes. This membership can be used for four consecutive years.

2024 SFFSC Summer Skater Membership = $30
SFFSC Summer Memberships are for skaters who wish to train on SFFSC ice and programming during the off-season of their home club operations. This membership does not affect your home club membership with your primary club. Proof of current required membership (USFS, ISI, or LTS USA) must be provided prior to taking the ice.

This membership is for new and current coaches who wish to assist or coach LTS, Hockey Academy, and Aspire classes. These coaches will coach group classes, may coach private lessons, and may have a current USFS membership with their home club membership.

2024-25 SFFSC Gold Coach Membership = $100
This membership is for new and current coaches who lead LTS, Hockey Academy, Aspire, and Advanced classes. These are also coaches who are eligible to sign a 1099 contract as a private lesson coach.

For certified staff or instructors such as Yoga instructors and other exercise professionals. Seasonal private lesson and group coach instructors who will coach with the SFFSC and during SFFSC ice and programming during the off-season of their home club operations. All required memberships and insurance must be submitted prior to taking the ice.

2024-25 SFFSC Guest Skater Day Pass = $10
The Guest Skater Day Pass gives guest skaters access to all programming available on a designated day (ex. freestyle ice, advanced classes, clinics, etc). This is only available to skaters with a current USFS, ISI, or LTS USA membership with their Home Club who is visiting our rink as a guest for a limited time. Must reside outside the Sioux Falls metro area (must be 50 miles or more from Sioux Falls). Valid for one day only, but does cover all programming on the designated day - a day pass is required for each day when attending more than one day of programming. Skating on SFFSC ice on a regular basis requires a SFFSC annual membership. Proof of required membership (USFS, ISI, or LTS USA) must be provided at the time of registration - prior to taking the ice.
2024-25 SFFSC Administrative Member Membership = $25
This membership is for all members of the SFFSC Board of Directors and any administrative staff.
