Forms and videos will be collected and finalized on Deadline Day. All videos will be sent out to the assigned judges on the following day. Please allow 7-14 days to receive the results.

This USFS Testing Session is open to Skaters from all clubs. If you are not a member of SFFSC you will be required to upload your completed USFS Permission to Test Form at the time of registration. You can download this form below.
